• ½ cup Conchita BBQ Sauce (Guava or Mango)

• 3 tbsp butter

• For the Cilantro Sauce:

• ½ cup mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp Conchita Lemon Blend

• 1 garlic clove, minced

• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped

How to make it

Preheat oven to 400° and season the chicken wings in a large bowl with Conchita Vegetable Oil and Mojo Criollo, garlic, Conchita Sazón, salt and pepper. Place the seasoned wings in a large baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until chicken is golden and crispy, flip occasionally. In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together Conchita Barbecue Sauce, hot sauce and honey. Simmer and stir in butter, cook until butter is melted and slightly reduced. Heat broiler on low. Cover the baked wings with the Conchita Guava Sauce mix and return to rack and broil for 2 minutes or until sauce caramelizes. Garnish with fresh cilantro or red pepper flakes.
