Cuban Coconut Mojito

Iced coconut mojito garnished with fresh mint and a lime wheel, with halved coconuts and limes in the background

You haven't really had a mojito until you've had a Cuban one — and you haven't had a Cuban one until it's coconut-infused. Mojitos are tropical, refreshing, and welcome at any hour. We took the original and gave it a Conchita twist with Conchita Coconut Water. Coconuts grow in abundance back home in Havana, and so does the love for our famous mojitos. Combining the two? Just makes sense.

Ingredients

• 6 Mint leaves

• ½ lime, cut into wedges

• 1 teaspoon light brown sugar

• 1.5 ounces (1 shot) white rum

• 1.5 ounces (1 shot) coconut rum

• 1 cup Ice

• 1 can Conchita Coconut Water (Optional: Unsweetened coconut water if you want a skinny mojito)

How to make it

  1. In a tall glass, muddle the mint leaves, lime wedges, and brown sugar together until fragrant.

  2. Add the white rum and coconut rum.

  3. Fill the glass with ice.

  4. Top with Conchita Coconut Water and stir gently to combine.

  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel. Enjoy!
