SPANISH OLIVES AND PIMIENTOS


Something very typical of Hispanics in general, and Cubans and Puerto Ricans in particular, is that we like to have many condiments in our dishes. When we cook meat, we usually throw in some onions, peppers, and the ever-present garlic. Depending on the dish, some people use olives and red pimientos as condiments and garnishes. On the other end of the spectrum, you also see many people enjoying their favorite martinis with a few olives in it.

 

SALAD & OLIVES: 7 oz., 10 oz., and 21 oz.
INGREDIENTS: Manzanilla olives, water, minced pimiento,(sodium alginate, guargum, calcium, chloride) capers, salt, lactic acid, and potassium sorbate as a preservative.

PITTED MANZANILLA OLIVES: 6 oz.
INGREDIENTS: Manzanilla olives, water, salt and lactic acid.

WHOLE MANZANILLA OLIVES: 7 oz., 10 oz., and 21 oz.
INGREDIENTS: Manzanilla olives, water, salt and lactic acid.

STUFFED MANZANILLA OLIVES: 21 oz.
INGREDIENTS: Manzanilla olives, water, minced pimiento,(sodium alginate, guar gum, calcium, chloride) salt, lactic acid.

OLIVES AND CAPERS: 8 oz., 10oz., and 21 oz.
INGREDIENTS: Manzanilla olives, water, minced pimiento,(sodium alginate, guargum, calcium, chloride) capers, salt, lactic acid, citric acid and potassium sorbate as a preservative.

CAPERS IN VINEGAR: 2 oz. and 7 oz.
INGREDIENTS: Capers, Water, Salt and Vinegar.

WHOLE RED PIMENTOS - FANCY QUALITY: 7.5 oz.
INGREDIENTS: Pimientos, water, salt and citric acid added.

WHOLE RED PIMIENTOS - CHOICE QUALITY: 4 oz., 7 oz., and 13.75 oz.
INGREDIENTS: Pimientos, water, salt and citric acid added
