In particular, much has been mentioned about limiting the amount of saturated fat into our diets. Conchita's line of oils offer a great alternative to those products high in saturated fat.

 

Conchita Corn Oil and Conchita Vegetable Oil are perfect for deep-frying your preferred dishes or for any of your cooking needs. They are also a great alternative for making dressings and marinades. Best of all, these oils contain only 2 grams of saturated fat per serving. Both oils come in a 48 oz and 96 oz containers.

 

With its distinct aroma and taste, Conchita's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for cooking and making salads. Additionally, research on Extra Virgin Olive Oil has shown its heart-healthy benefits of lowering LDL cholesterol ("bad" cholesterol) and raising HDL cholesterol ("good" cholesterol).
