Are you short in time but still looking to impress your significant other this Valentine’s Day? Here’s a quick and delicious recipe that will blow his/her mind off!​

Citrus Marinated Pork:​
3/4 cup of Conchita Lemon Blend​
2/3 cup of Conchita Bitter Orange Juice or fresh orange juice​
1/3 cup of Conchita Red Wine Vinegar​
3 tablespoons achiote paste [or to taste]​
2 lb. of boneless pork shoulder​
3 bay leaves​
2 cloves garlic​
2 red peppers thinly sliced​
1 onion, chopped​
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste​
3 tbsp. dried oregano

Extra [1/2 teaspoon or to taste]:​
Chili powder​
Ginger ​

Corn tortillas​
Lime wedges​
Fresh cilantro​
Habanero salsa​

Directions ​
Blend the achiote paste, the Conchita Lemon Blend, Bitter Orange Juice and Red Wine Vinegar together. In a large cooking pot, pour the mix over the pork and let it marinate overnight.​

The following day, add 2 cups water, bay leaves, garlic, onion, the additional spices, and salt and pepper. Cook the pork over low heat for 3 to 4 hours. ​

Serve with corn tortillas, black beans!​
